Happy Sunday San Antonio. Thank you to each of you who came out to support us yesterday. We had our best Saturday in a very long time. As some of you know we had a spectrum outage Friday that lead to early closing and extremely low sales. If you couldn’t make it out yesterday we would love to see you shiny faces today. We could still use a great Sunday to make up for the loss on Friday. Again, we appreciate the support of our community. We couldn’t do it without you! We hope to see you!

Good morning San Antonio! Yesterday, spectrum was out in our area, and many businesses took a hit. In fact, Friday is usually our busiest day, and we didn’t even break a slow weekday in sales. Please, if you are thinking of eating out today, come eat local at Rock & Roll Pizzeria SA 16350 Blanco Road. We need a great day today to recover from the loss caused by the outage yesterday. We would love to serve you some delicious pizza, subs, wings, pasta, apps, and desserts!!!!

Unfortunately, we still do not have internet. We are going to close for the day and try again tomorrow. We are so sorry. Spectrum said 1230…. Then they said 230…. Then they said 430…. Then 630…. Then 8…. Now 9….:: we should have internet back tomorrow. We are so sorry.

There is a spectrum outage at our building. We do not have phones or internet. That being said, we can still take orders and process cards or take cash. Just come on in. The issue should be resolved soon. Sorry for any inconvenience.

To be clear, as one comment in a post we made said, this was meant to be cute or funny. I do care about my staff. My staff needs a pay check and if we close for the day they lose money. Safety is a concern but I assure you they got to work safely. And one of the owners is in today so we aren’t making our staff work and not doing the same. We were also thinking about the community we serve and how they might like to have something open to get some food for their families since many people have kids home from school and aren’t working. There is no need to bash a business for trying to stay open when weather is bad. I worked for a company during sowvid that stayed open and was literally the only thing open in town. We provided so many families with something they need. It’s not always about money just because a business makes a decision. Sure we will make money. We are a business. But we will also be providing an option for people who maybe didn’t make it to a store or didn’t plan on being stuck at home. We also provide somewhere for door dashers or other third party drivers to work today. They need a pay check too. Not sure why I have to defend our decision. But there it is. We just wanted to serve some food today. And honestly it isn’t that lousy out on the road. It was t a blizzard and it certainly isn’t a sheet of ice for a highway. Our staff is our family, literally. And they depend on us as much as we depend on them. Hope to see some of your shiny faces today. We love serving our community great pies and other delicious goodies.
