Thank you, thank you, thank you everyone that has supported me and me it mean everything.

It’s stressful and hard starting up something new, taking that risk and putting all you got into something. All your time, attention, love, passion everyday having that fear of going into something that might not work, but I’m a gambler and “sticking it out” has helped me grow. But again, it’s ONLY BECAUSE OF YOU and your continued support! Thank you for coming and trying something new and I hope to continue to serve you where ever life takes me.

Just want to post about my art. I'm no painter, can't sing, and never going to make a career out of dancing. But this this is what I'm good at, food and creating beautiful edible works of art.

Each bowl is made to order for you and crafted to your specific needs. Every bowl your own personalize piece of art that I create just for you. I try to put my all into this because this is all I can control in life and what I love to do.

Thank you everyone that has came out to support my dream and passion.

One table, one grill, one man, one dream.... definition of culinary hustler! Boy be slanging smash burgers, tacos, and TORTAs. Amazed to say that in one day I've had two phenomenal tortas here in San Antonio that I never knew about and now will always be a lifetime customer. Mad hustling tho, and I have respect for someone slanging on WHATEVER they got just to achieve their dream. This is definitely one chef to look out for especially his tortas. I hope to one day collab with him and see him on the .

So had to throw a shout out to two great trailers that are slanging that good good.
serving up amazing coffee with balance, first time there but not going to be our last. Cold or hot both went down super smooth with flavor to boast the roast.

But the biggest surprise was . If you haven't trying this trailer, jump on it. Honestly one of the best flavored trailers pumping out Mexican flavors right now. CHEFS SPECIALS PLEASE, as you can see bomb as fu$k, "Mexican brisket" & Al pastor torta, with side of black bean to dip crispy chippies in. And they thing about this torta that made it rise to the level of GODS was THE BREAD... Not your traditional bolio but fluffy, soft, type of ciabatta, that helped Balance that richness from the meats and cheese. And talk about SIZE, this thing is not just a sandwich, more like big boy MANWHICH, I BARELY COULD FINISH and that was on an empty stomach. Seriously tho, try these guys out... AMAZING, AMAZING, BEST THING I'VE EATING BY FAR THIS YEAR, as Mexican food goes that is.

Started support small business Saturday a bit early this week, and like the kids we are we had to got to our FAVORITE SNACK SPOT . Like always it's never "I'm just here for one thing", we loaded up packing for snacking. It's always great to go here and chalk it up with the most "Dopest" store owners we know. We always feel the love and are so incredibly lucky to have been given the opportunity not only to know them but to say they take care of us; feels like FAMILY. Amazing hearts, beautiful souls, and brilliant minds, they truly are THE PLACE to model a great BUSINESS. With the love felt, we left heading for din din before treats....

Ending up to munch out on the most banging tacos right now, not only in San Antonio, but in the overall game. That taco king 👑 none other than chef jaime .0. Typical fashion two chef SPECIALS 10 tacos please....all I can say is f*$k... Pork belly AND birria... Making me say, wtf what's in this?...oh Flavor, goodness, love me please sauce, passion 🌮 boococky , oh and definitely some salt, I'm sure of that. But I'm sure he be lacing the tacos with the columbian dust, 🌨️ 😉 because even now I want more, like a taco fiend addict. If You haven't already check why his food is been blowing up, trust me you won't be let down, go!

Definitely try these two places soon, both amazing and both on the list for top places to live and love life in the moment they create. 🥰

So just throwing up pictures of our last special, since I forgot while we were in the moment. But for the ones that ordered it, would you want more? Should things like this be coming out of the or stick with fried rice?

And would you be interested in late night Asian food, like I'm talking late when everything else is closed....11pm-2am late. Being able to pull up, order large portions of American-Asian classics, no long whatsthatburger lines? Would you be about it and support? Let us know. Even things you'd like to see on a menu that you want after late night partying Or munchie run. Talk you us and create what you want to see.

Comments are much appreciated.
