At Minutiae Coffee Roasters, we’re dedicated to sourcing the finest quality coffee. This commitment starts with building relationships with the farms and farmers who grow, harvest, and process the beans we roast.
Recently, we had the opportunity to visit the farm in Honduras where we source our Honduran coffee beans. It was incredible to witness firsthand the hard work and meticulous care that goes into every stage of the harvest and production process.

To get to this coffee shop in San Antonio, you can take public transportation by taking bus number 10 and getting off at the intersection of Main Street and South Alamo Street. From there, walk two blocks north on Alamo Street and turn right onto East Cesar E Chavez Boulevard. The coffee shop is located on the left-hand side.
If you are driving, take I-37 North and exit on East Cesar E Chavez Boulevard. Turn left onto Chavez Boulevard and drive for about a mile until you reach South Flores Street. Turn left onto Flores street and make another left onto East Cesar E Chavez Boulevard. The coffee shop is located on your right-hand side.
Street parking is available near the coffee shop, but it can be limited during peak hours. Alternatively, there is a parking lot located a block away from the shop where you can park for a fee.
