Feed 220 Soldiers times 5 at two undisclosed locations, over Drill weekend. I have slept five hours in the last 48 hours !! They asked us if we can do it and they forgot they got this old Retired SFC Grunt that will can make it happen, but I wouldn’t be able to make it happen without my team at Smokin Joes. Thank you guys and thanks for the support Texas Army National Guard !! Hooah and especially my wife Perla Judith Ramos who always has my back when we make crazy business deals !!!

There were some questions on whether our Food Trailer would remain in place. Yes, it will stay in New Braunfels. We are thrilled to announce that our food trailer will continue to serve the delicious meals you love in New Braunfels. Located on Elliot Knox behind H-E-B off of Walnut, our trailer is conveniently situated and easily accessible. We understand the importance of convenience and are committed to ensuring that you can enjoy our food without any hassle.
Operating from Tuesday through Saturday, our food trailer will be open from 11 am to 8 pm. This means you can grab a quick bite for lunch or savor a scrumptious dinner with family and friends. Whatever the time, we'll be there to satisfy your cravings and delight your taste buds.
