Renaissance Eats is a food catering company located on Perrin Beitel Road in San Antonio that offers an array of delicious dishes. Their 4 Meat Trompo Finished Pre-Cooked dish is a beautiful combination of Center Cut Sirloin, Pork al Pastor, Chicken Thigh, and BACON with a custom Al Pastor Marinade. The bacon wig on top adds an extra touch of flavor to this already mouth-watering dish. In addition to their savory meals, Renaissance Eats also offers a low-carb option with their "KETO HEAVEN QUESADILLA" which has less than 1g of carbs. They are also known for their excellent service, as they were seen serving the night crowd at the Gibbs Hotel across from the Alamo and providing great food service during the Battle of the Flowers Parade downtown San Antonio Fiesta. Renaissance Eats even sponsored Fiesta in San Antonio Texas and served food Thursday through Sunday at various locations around town.
