Baoza with our newest love nuggets….a wholefood, gluten free, soy free, vegan smoked burnt end/pulled pork. (Bao is Not GF, but the protein can be ordered with plates).

We all have had jackfruit, but I promise you have never had it like how mamasan make it. I prepare 24 hours in advance and special technique, to ensure the best texture. I follow up by smoking 10hours + and she ends up a TEXAN DIAMOND! Sticky, with that slight bark and Smokey! It’s so delicious!!! Get you some!

Back in the days, I ate lots of oxtails in many different ways. Dad’s side was always smothered, mom on the other hand would stew, marinate, braise and broil. WWMD? It’s my time and I like to smoke em!!!!!

Now I know there’s a group of vegans who love mocking me, creating stitches to talk s**t, saying my color is too light, but I will not allow hate to stop me from bringing my life to my cuisine!

For those who know me the best, dumplings are my thing and it’s a direct connect to my mother trying to spread meals further. I want to spread love and each time you eat something made of love, you are literally being taken to my core memories.

This weeks rotating menu item will be dumplings and smoked galbijjim oxtail stew. We’re winding down on made to order, so be sure to live life to the fullest! You are worthy!

Not in San Antonio? Catch our smoked oxtails on Sept 29th 12-4pm were popping up and bringing y’all mamas hand crafted vegan meats/dishes.
