For public transport, take the nearest bus or train that stops at New Braunfels station. From there, walk to Walnut Avenue and turn right. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with San Antonio Street. Turn left and continue walking for a few more blocks until you reach your destination.

For driving/parking, take any major highway that leads to New Braunfels and exit at Walnut Avenue. Turn left onto Walnut Avenue and continue driving until you see a parking lot on your right. Park your vehicle in the lot and then walk towards San Antonio Street. Turn left onto San Antonio Street and continue walking for a few more blocks until you reach your destination.
