Being accredited isnāt just a titleāit means youāve been formally trained, tested, and certified in the full science of food: proper storage temperatures, safe cooking and cooling practices, sanitation, cross-contamination prevention, menu planning, and kitchen leadership.
An accredited chef carries the responsibility of protecting EVERY guest who eats from their kitchen.
When youāre heavy on the foodāespecially cooking in volumeāfood safety isnāt optional. Itās the difference between a good meal and a health risk.

For public transport, the quickest route to reach the snack van and food truck is to take the VIA Bus 42 towards Medical Center Transit Center. Get off at the James Bowie High School stop and walk for about 5 minutes to reach your destination.
If you are driving, you can take I-10 E and exit at Dominion Drive. Turn left onto Dominion Dr. After a mile turn right onto La Cantera Pkwy then turn right onto Stonewall Pkwy. You will find parking spots on your left or right side.
Alternatively, if you prefer to use public transportation but have some walking flexibility, you can ride the VIA bus 94 towards Kel-Lac Transit Center from downtown San Antonio. Get off at Vance Jackson & Huebner Rd stop and walk for about 15 minutes towards your destination.
