Requirements / Requisitos:
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Mexican restaurant / MĂnimo 3 años de experiencia trabajando en un restaurante de comida mexicana.
• Strong knowledge of authentic Mexican cuisine and cooking techniques / Amplio conocimiento de la cocina mexicana auténtica y de sus técnicas de preparación.
