Hotel Contessa is bringing back its seasonal Live Fire series starting Saturday, Sept 20 on the River Walk.
Every Saturday evening, Ambler’s patio transforms into an open-fire Texas cookout featuring:
-Chef-driven entrées ($79-$129) cooked over mesquite smoke & cast iron
-Every entrée comes with all sides served family-style, warm biscuits & more
-Portions are Texas-sized — bold flavors, big plates, no one leaves hungry
-Free country line dancing lessons on launch night (Sept 20, 7–8 PM)
-Live country vibes along the River Walk
- Free valet parking included

To get to W Market Street in San Antonio by public transport, you can take the VIA Metropolitan Transit bus #92 or #301 and get off at the closest stop near the intersection of W Market St and Santa Rosa Ave. You will then need to walk for a few minutes to reach your destination.
If you are driving, you can take I-10 West and exit 575 toward Downtown San Antonio. Merge onto Frio St, then turn left onto Dolorosa. Finally, turn right onto Santa Rosa Ave and continue straight ahead until you reach W Market St. There are several parking options nearby, including street parking and paid parking lots.
