Bottles will be able to be picked up on Nov 20th at noon. Max 6 bottles per order.
GBNT Spiced Belgian Quad is a dark, smooth drinking Belgian Quad warm winter spices and a touch of all-natural vanilla.
GBNT, or Green Beret Nap Time, named after those times when Green Berets might need a nap after a full day of doing what Green Berets do.

It’s always brat season at Longtab, and our German Bratwurst Plate brings the best: two roasted bratwurst, braised red cabbage, warm German-style potato salad, fresh parsley, and a side of grainy mustard.

BACK ON TAP! Longtab's classic, old-school American IPA is back the taproom! For this batch of Quiet Professional, we used Centennial hops, an American classic with notes of citrus and pine, and added Idaho 7. Idaho 7 hops bring tropical fruit and floral notes to the b**r, giving it a nice complexity and approachability you won't want to miss.
What's in a name? Known to the public as Green Berets, but within the Special Forces community they are also known as the “Quiet Professionals”.

For Oktober's specials, in addition to the Sauerbraten, we also have a new German Pizza: Naan bread topped with béchamel sauce, sauerkraut, dill pickle, pickled jalapeños, mozzarella cheese, and fresh dill w**d. If you like pickles, this is for you! It's delicious with our Flint Kaserne Märzen.

Congrats to Nari, our newest bartender! She passed the Certified B**r Server exam!
Why does this matter? We spend an inordinate amount of time on the details of making the best b**r possible, so it makes sense that the service of our b**r is of the same quality.
Being certified helps ensure that our team understands the language of b**r, b**r styles, and flavor profiles, as well as glass preparation and proper pouring. Our team can knowledgeably answer questions and talk about our b**rs.
Every single one of our bartending team is a Certified B**r Server, and participates in ongoing b**r education. This is no small undertaking as a company, and we are very proud of our amazing staff for working so hard!

Tomato Curry Bisque. It's a Longtab favorite, made with a delicate blend of roasted tomatoes, oregano, dill, Madras curry powder and heavy cream, topped with rye croutons -- all made in-house.
It's delicious by itself, or as a side for the Cubano!

Jedburgh has won a Silver medal for Jedburgh Belgian Blonde at the 2026 World B**r Cup® in the Belgian-Style Blonde Ale category, and Bronze in the Belgian & Farmhouse Ales category at the 2026 Texas Craft Brewers Cup.
It's named after the elite 3-man OSS teams who parachuted into Nazi-occupied France, Belgium, and the Netherlands to assist the advancing Allied armies to defeat the Third Reich.

Meet STRENGTH & HONOR, our newest charity b**r released a couple days ago.
Brewed to honor the 25th Anniversary of Task Force Dagger, one of two Joint Special Operations Task Forces deployed to Afghanistan after the 9/11 attacks.
This 8% ABV American Strong Ale is a deceptively smooth heavy hitter, with notes of citrus, waffles, and honey.
TF Dagger, commanded by then COL John F. Mulholland, Jr., oversaw the infiltration of the first Special Forces A-Teams into Afghanistan from Camp Stronghold Freedom by the 160th SOAR.
A portion of the proceeds of this b**r will benefit the Green Beret Foundation.

25 years ago today, a U.S. Army Special Forces Detachment (ODA 595) conducted a nighttime infiltration into Afghanistan. Their mission was to link up with the Northern Alliance resistance forces. Another Special Forces Detachment (ODA 555) was simultaneously inserted into the Panjshir Valley. This operation, known as Task Force Dagger, would go on to become one of the most renowned special operations in U.S. history.
ODA 595 would ride on horseback through the mountainous terrain of Northern Afghanistan and would become the first soldiers to ride horses into battle since World War II.
