Looking for a classic, old-school American IPA? Quiet Professional is for you. This round, we used a blend of distinctively West Coast hops: Citra, Cascade, Chinook, and El Dorado, giving the beer notes of pine and citrus, especially grapefruit.
Known to the public as Green Berets, but within the Special Forces community they are also known as the “Quiet Professionals”.

It's always brat season at Longtab, and our German Bratwurst Plate brings the best: two roasted bratwurst, braised red cabbage, warm German-style potato salad, fresh parsley, and a side of grainy mustard.
We're open today from 4-9pm. Cheers!

Tonight! Join us at 5pm for a book signing with TJ Baird!
TJ Baird is a retired Army Command Sergeant Major who writes to inspire and connect with those who live to lead — veterans, dads, and anyone striving to grow with purpose.
"Warrior Dad is a powerful collection of odes and illustrations inspired by a father's love for his daughter and shaped by years of military service. It tells the story of a father deploying across long seasons of war while watching his child grow from afar, carrying family into every mission.
Through poetic reflections and cinematic visuals, this book captures moments of departure, sacrifice, resilience, faith, and hope. It reveals the quieter cost of service, missed milestones, long nights, and memories held close in distant places. Each ode and illustration work together to show how love and purpose endure despite separation.
Written for warriors, military families, and parents everywhere, Warrior Dad serves as a tribute to those who stand watch far from home and an encouragement to those learning how to remain present as parents while physically absent. It reminds readers that sacrifice carries meaning and that a father's love continues to shape a child's life, even across distance and time."
