We do things differently.
At Cody’s, our Prime Ribeyes are dry-aged in-house from start to finish—never purchased pre-aged. Each ribeye loin is carefully selected, then aged under our roof for a full 31 days.
Time, precision, and patience break down the meat naturally, creating a deeper flavor, unmatched tenderness, and that signature steakhouse richness you can’t replicate overnight.
After 31 days, we hand-cut each steak from the loin—ready for the grill over Texas post oak.
This isn’t just steak.
It’s a process. It’s craftsmanship. It’s Cody’s.
