Our Cubano was just rated the 3rd best in town by but what makes it special? Sourcing is where it starts. We get whole hams and shoulders from who sustainably raises the most delicious hogs in Texas. After the hams brine for 14 days they get smoked on with oak. The shoulders marinate for 3 days before smoking and then braising in our Safety Meeting Hazy IPA. As for pickles, we make those too and they take about 3 weeks. Y’all already know we make our sourdough breads in house everyday, and the Bańh Mì used for our Cuban is top notch. Add Swiss cheese & mustard. So come by, try one, and let us know what you think of it.

🍻 New Beer Release: When Golds Collide 🍋
Brewed in collaboration with our friends for San Antonio Beer Week, When Golds Collide is our Pimm’s Cup–inspired shandy built for refreshment and fun.
We started with an American wheat base and added a blend of botanicals in the boil to infuse spicy and floral aromas. Next came a variety of fruit purées to bring out bright citrus notes and layered complexity. Finally, we added macerated salted cucumber to tie everything together with that classic Pimm’s Cup character.
Light, crisp, and wonderfully aromatic at 4.5% ABV, this shandy shines with balance and drinkability — the perfect toast to Beer Week and collaboration.

🌷🍻 Award-Winning Beer is Back on Tap! 🍻🌷
Our historic Dutch-style Kuyt, Windmills & Tulips, just took home a Bronze Medal at the 2025 U.S. Open Beer Championship! 🥉
✨ 4.7% ABV | 35 IBU
✨ Poured into our Wild Barley ale glass
Dating back to the 13th century, this three-grain beer (50% oats, 33% wheat, 17% barley) was once the pride of the Netherlands—and we’re keeping the tradition alive. We boil it for 3 hours to coax out rich Maillard reactions, giving this beer a smooth, creamy body, golden haze, and notes of candied fruit with a fluffy white head.
🍴 Food Pairings:
Perfect alongside a hearty lunch like our Notorious Pig or Hot Club, and a winner at dinner with our meats pizza or beef tallow BBQ wings.
Come raise a glass to history (and a medal)! 🥂
