We respect every review — the good ones, the bad ones, the deserved ones, the undeserved ones, the kind ones and even the rude ones. When you serve thousands of people, not everyone is going to see you the same way. That’s part of this business.

Some people leave five stars. Some leave one. Some write paragraphs about what went wrong, and some never write anything at all.

But every once in a while, someone leaves a review like this…

An empty plate.

No stars. No paragraphs. No explanation. Just a plate that came back to the kitchen with nothing left on it.

And maybe that’s our favorite kind.

Because people may or may not come back to change a review. They may never tell you they gave you another chance. They may never explain what changed their mind.

But a plate like this doesn’t need an explanation.

It already said everything.

I don’t think servers get enough credit.
In a world that celebrates being served, there are still people who choose to serve.
There is something deeply humbling about carrying someone else’s meal, anticipating their needs before they ask, offering kindness even when it isn’t returned, and treating strangers with dignity day after day.
Every server who’s ever worked at Thai Casa left a piece of themselves here. A smile. A conversation. A memory. A small act of kindness that meant more than they probably realized.
We still keep in touch with many of them because they were never just employees. They became part of our story, and in many ways, our family.
So this is for every server—past, present, here or anywhere else. Thank you for reminding us that serving others isn’t a sign of weakness. It’s one of the quietest forms of strength, and one of the most overlooked acts of humanity! ✌️

A little late, but too good not to share.
Last Thursday, these amazing ladies turned Thai Casa into a Mahjong night — great food, great focus, and even better company. We love seeing our space used for connection, conversation, and a little friendly competition.

Thanks for bringing the tiles, the laughs, and the good vibes!

You know the food’s legit when we take it home like it’s contraband.
Not for a promo.
Not for a photoshoot.
Not even for “quality control.”
We just straight up crave it.

This is our red Curry from our own spot—Thai Casa.
We made it. We boxed it. We ran off with it.

Spicy. Creamy. Shrimp so good it almost makes us wanna tip ourselves.
You ever seen restaurant owners devour their own food with big goofy grins like it’s the first time?
That’s us. Every. Damn. Time.

You know it’s real when the people behind the kitchen can’t resist eating from their own menu.
How many places can say that?
