Despite the limited options, customers can still enjoy dishes such as Birria and items from the Mexican menu. The restaurant has received a great response to their new menu items including Birria Tacos, Mulitas, Consome, and more. Stay tuned for upcoming additions like Quesabirrias (Quesadilla), Birria Tostadas, Birria Grilled Cheese, Birria Tortas, Big Birria Burrito Rolls, and even Birria Ramen. Texas Pit Boss is open Thursday through Sunday from 5pm until 10 pm.
