To get to S Acme in San Antonio via public transport, take the Bus route 24 or 25, which will drop you off at the S Acme bus stop. If you prefer driving, head north on I-37 and take exit 142A toward Carolina St. Turn left onto Carolina St and then turn right onto S Acme Rd. Parking is available on the street or in nearby parking lots.
