Davila's BBQ Davila's BBQ is a traditional American and barbecue restaurant founded in 1959 by Raul Davila, now run by the third generation pitmaster who learned his trade from his father and grandfather. Their speciality is smoked meat with a Latino twist using the family's unique blend of spices, which has earned them numerous accolades including first place on Food Network's BBQ Blitz "Texas Takedown".
