Life has been going a mile a minute lately and we hadn’t had the chance to cook in over a year so it felt pretty dang amazing to come home with some awards from Trophy Hunters this year. We even earned our first perfect score sticker with our wild game entry

We fell right in the middle of the pack with an 19th overall out of 47 entries. Not bad for dusting the rust off

Today we will be serving up some brisket and sausage wraps out in Leon Valley, all proceeds from today’s event will go back to the ! Happy 4th of July y’all! We hope to see you tonight!

Lately life has been going a mile a minute and it’s rare we ever get to step back into our element but we will be back at it next Thursday in Helotes! Come grab a brisket grilled cheese or taco and enjoy the amazing fireworks show!

With 4 kids in high school it’s been hard to find time to compete but today we are finally able to debut our pitmaster’s new baby and compete in annual Memorial Day rib cookoff. Praying for some luck to come our way. We hope everyone is having a great holiday weekend!

Traveled Back to our hometown to compete in the Briscoe Ranch BBQ cookoff at the Crossroads. The judges were brutal but… We were able to walk away with a 3rd place Pork! Thank you to and Warrior Armour for your sponsorship. And shout out to , your products helped bring our pork to the next level!
