Last night was one for the books.
A huge THANK YOU to BoneheadZ Bar for having us out and always showing love. We appreciate the opportunity to serve our community alongside an amazing local spot.
To everyone who pulled up, grabbed a burger, shared a laugh, snapped a picture, or simply stopped by to support us—you are the reason we keep doing this. Every order, every share, every kind word means more than you know.
Seeing familiar faces, meeting new ones, and watching the line stay busy reminded us exactly why we brought Let’s Smoke Food Truck back.

🔥 SPURS FINALS GAME 2 POP-UP! 🔥
It’s been a while since we’ve opened the window, but one recent catering gig reminded us of something we almost forgot…
How much we missed this.
The sounds of the grill. The rush of service. Seeing people enjoy something we created with our own hands. It reminded us that the passion and love for this craft never left.
So for Spurs Finals Game 2, we’re firing things back up for a special pop-up event!

To get to the food stall and food stand, take the city bus to Downtown San Antonio and get off at the nearest stop. From there, head southeast towards the river and cross over to the south side of the street. Continue walking for about 5 minutes until you see a small park on your left-hand side. The food stall or food truck should be located somewhere nearby.
Alternatively, if driving, take I-10 East towards Downtown San Antonio and exit on Bowie St. Then, continue straight ahead onto Avenue E and take a right onto Commerce St. Look for parking along Commerce St or nearby streets. Walk towards the river and cross over to the south side of the street. Continue walking for about 5 minutes until you see a small park on your left-hand side where you can find the food stall or food truck.
