This year, from June 7th - 21st, the San Antonio Food Bank is putting a fresh spin on their summer fundraiser by celebrating the season’s bounty—and we’re honored to be part of it. Instead of the traditional prix-fixe format, diners across San Antonio can support the cause by enjoying dishes made with peak-season, locally grown ingredients—while helping to fight food insecurity in our community.
When you dine with us during Restaurant Weeks, you’re not just enjoying incredible food—you’re helping provide meals to local children in need through the Summer Meals for Kids program.
Here’s what Dough will be featuring:
Pulled to Order Caprese Mozzarella: Our house-pulled mozzarella paired with Texas basil, Greenhouse Farms tomatoes, rosemary balsamic reduction, extra virgin olive oil, and flatbread. Locally sourced tomatoes and basil make this a true farm-to-table star.
Watermelon-Hibiscus Margarita: A summer-perfect sip with tequila, Naranja, watermelon juice, hibiscus simple syrup, and fresh lime juice, made with juicy Texas-grown watermelon.

To get to the restaurant on Blanco Road, you can take the 5 or 9 bus and get off at the stop near the intersection of Blanco Road and West Avenue. The restaurant is about a 10-minute walk from there.
If driving, take Blanco Road until you reach West Avenue. The restaurant will be on your left. Parking is available in a small lot behind the building as well as on the street.
