Some dishes are worth traveling for. โค๏ธ A guest from Los Angeles recently told us theyโve struggled to find Chile en Nogada like the ones they enjoyed in central Mexico. After seeing ours, they decided their next trip might be to San Antonio.๐โ

Chile en Nogada features a poblano pepper filled with ground beef, pork, almonds, raisins, piรฑons, and a blend of fruits. Itโs topped with a rich walnut-tequila cream and pomegranate seeds, then served at room temperature. The dishโs beautiful green, white and red presentation mirrors the Mexican flag. ๐ฒ๐ฝโ
