Everybody sees the finished product… nobody sees the 💰 we lost testing products, switching suppliers, and throwing out anything that didn’t meet our standards 🗑️
We refused to cut corners. No cheap meat. No shortcuts. Just 💯% ribeye sourced from Delco, PA right outside Philly — never marinated, never chunked.
Quality costs money, but we’d rather take the loss to perfect our cheesesteaks than to serve something we don’t believe in. 💯🥩

I understand that over the last month our hours have been inconsistent and for that we apologize. Unfortunately, we have been met with some vendor challenges as well as a staff issue that we are currently working through as quickly as possible.
