What people say
Burger Boy stands out as a beloved institution in San Antonio, celebrated for its commitment to quality and tradition. With over 70 years of experience, this burger joint has earned numerous accolades, including the title of 'Best Burger in San Antonio' from various publications.
The Bates family, who opened the original location on N. St. Mary’s St., has perfected the art of crafting mouthwatering burgers that keep customers coming back for more. Their philosophy is simple: prioritize quality above all else. Each burger is made with 100% fresh, never frozen lean ground beef sourced daily from a local market, ensuring every bite is packed with flavor.
Complementing their delicious burgers are the famous golden crinkle fries, made from premium Russet Burbank potatoes straight from Idaho. These crispy delights are the perfect sidekick to any meal at Burger Boy. The buns are locally made and toasted to perfection, adding a delightful soft crunch that enhances the overall experience.
At Burger Boy, it's not just about great food; it's about creating a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel valued and appreciated. With two convenient locations in San Antonio, this cherished establishment continues to uphold its legacy of serving fresh and tasty meals that satisfy both locals and visitors alike. Whether you're craving a classic burger or some irresistible fries, Burger Boy delivers an unforgettable dining experience rooted in quality and tradition.
