The Story of Little Red Barn 🥩
On Labor Day in 1963, Ralph Hernandez took an old meat market, painted it bright red, and built picnic tables by hand. Ralph ran the butcher block and the kitchen while his wife Lili worked the register and waited tables. Their daughters grew up bussing tables on weekends. 8 tables. 32 seats. One family with a dream.
Fast forward to today — we're one of the largest steakhouses in the country, seating over 800 guests at once.
