BRISKET ENCHILADA MONDAY!

Fresh white corn tortillas stuffed with chopped brisket and Monterey Jack cheese. Baked in a homemade red chile gravy and then topped with smoked brisket chili and cheddar cheese. Served with Spanish rice & borracho beans. Available every Monday starting at 4pm until they run out!
