Krause's Cafe Krause's Cafe is a popular restaurant and beer garden located on S. Castell Avenue in New Braunfels. Established in 1959, the restaurant is known for its German classics and Texas favorites, as well as its wide selection of over 80 beers. Originally opened as a saloon, Krause's has become a gathering place for family and friends to wind down and enjoy great food and drink.
