A Message to Our Customers
For 28 years, our family has built our business on one thing: serving our customers with integrity, care, and excellence.
Recently, a video involving a former employee was recorded in our workplace and shared publicly on social media. The video does not provide the full context of what was taking place behind the scenes or the circumstances that led to the interaction shown.
We recognize that the language and emotion expressed in the video may be upsetting. We take responsibility for conducting ourselves professionally, even in difficult circumstances. At the same time, we ask that people not make judgments about our business or our employees based on a short recording without knowing the complete circumstances surrounding it.
We are addressing the situation through the appropriate channels and are focused on protecting our customers, our employees, and the reputation we have worked for 28 years to build.
To our longtime customers, partners, and supporters: thank you for knowing who we are and what we stand for. We remain committed to delivering the quality, service, and care that you have trusted us with for nearly three decades.
We appreciate your support, your patience, and the opportunity to continue serving you.
28 years of service. 28 years of trust. And we’re not going anywhere.
