Introduction to Flourish Goods.
Infusa café is my home. It has given me a whole new understanding of food service. I have met wonderful people like you, and I have saturated my memory with your beautiful names and interesting weekend or office stories. ❤️
Nothing compared to when I was working at resorts, institutions, or full service restaurants or the food truck.
Flourish Goods comes from Infusa. It’s name is so accurate. To flourish is to develop in a healthy and vigorous way in a particularly favorable environment.
Since my early years in the culinary industry I always garnished with edible flowers. I felt all dishes needed that natural beauty. Later in the years we came up with a company called Tabledipity. This delivers fresh charcuterie boards and the flowers were a signature touch that could not be absent.
The meaning that my Asian name gives when translated into Spanish is “Flor bonita”. It means beautiful flower, and it does not represent my physical appearance, but represents how I want people to perceive the food that I bring.
Flourish Goods Store bloomed from the concept that days should be started with bright vibrant experiences that remind all of us the beautiful gifts in this world.
It was originally going to be a yuki, raspado place, then decided for a restaurant, circumstances made us decide to make it a beautiful easy accessible store and coffee shop.
It’s a place where you can find Infusa’s salads menu, a charcuterie board, a bottle of infused alkaline water, tea, coffee, baked goods, even a fresh bouquet of flowers. Definitely a place where you can find harmony and a smile.
If you are a friend of Infusa, this is also part of you. Without your support this wouldn’t be possible.
