Just a few weeks late with these, but here are some cookies that I baked for the teachers and staff at my daughter’s school during Teacher Appreciation Week. These colorful sugar cookies were 5”x5” cookies!
Edit: can’t figure out how to remove the ai info but these cookies were definitely made by me!

Another labor of love…this was a dessert table for my MIL’s 60th birthday! It included: a 5-layer chocolate cake, 118 vanilla tres leches, 17 dozen hojarascas, 12 dozen polvorones, 50 mini conchas and 50 slices of cortadillo (icing was yellow because that’s her favorite color).
Side note: butterfly sightings are her reminder that her mother is watching over her, so of course, I added a single butterfly to her cake.

Going through old photos and realized I never posted these two Pokémon cakes (at least I don’t think I did).
One is an 8” cake and the other is a 48-cupcake pull-apart cake.
Both were made a while back because Mateo is now 9 and the other was for my nephew’s 8th birthday and he’s now 16. Lol. I’m just a little late in posting. 😬
