We have reset our business hours temporarily as we restaff and train to meet the recent increase in demand. We believe the hours to be temporary as we address service time for tickets and quality.
The cafe staff are grateful for the outpouring of community support and thankful for your patience as we build a stronger team.
Starting Thursday 19AUG26 our hours will be--
8am-2pm: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
8am-5pm: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

What an incredible week of generous support and patronage. We are a small cafe with a small kitchen and staff based on historic sales volume. This week was a flurry of patronage from new customers to loyal regulars! We are appreciative of your patient patronage, grace offered, and are truly honored to showcase the amazing COSA space here at Stinson Airport. If you are new to us, we hope you enjoyed the ambiance and are willing give us more opportunities to see you back here. For our loyal community friends thank you for sticking with us.
This week was the busiest we have been since opening the doors on 25 January 2023.
