Today we would like to highlight and celebrate Tania and Efren Gomez - Tania is the Sous Chef at our Domain location and Efren is her right hand man.
Tania has been with our company since we opened Domain and has been quintessential in the success of said location. She runs the kitchen with strength and passion - you truly can taste the love in every bite of her dishes.
Efren has been with us for over 3 years and is always looking for ways to help better the bakery and support the team. He is always down for a good laugh and can sing a tune at the drop of a hat.
We appreciate these two more than words can describe and are excited to see where they will grow from here. Take a moment and give them some love, and if you visit our Austin location stop in and tell them hello 🩷

Last month we were able to partner with the San Antonio Food Bank by donating the net proceeds for our Chocolate Cherry macaron! 🍫😍
We always do our best to support and give back to the causes in our community that highlight our values and our lovely friends at the SA Food Bank are a perfect representation of that.

Today we wanted to take a moment and highlight and celebrate one of our star employees Chito Hernandez! 🌟
Chito has been with BL for 8 years and has become a staple amongst our little family. He has worked 4 of our locations, managing 3 of them, and is consistently shining as a pillar of our success 👏
Chito eloquently combines professionalism and fun and is always a delight to be around. If you’re in the San Antonio area, stop by one of our locations and see if you can spot him working on quality assurance while drinking an iced latte ☕️
Starting this week, he has officially be promoted to Director of Operations and we couldn’t be more excited to see what more he will help us accomplish 🥹🩷
