A client asked us for these… and now we’re wondering why they weren’t already on the menu. 😂
Cranberry goat cheese balls with pecans & fresh parsley — made for a custom holiday request.
One of the things we really enjoy about catering is getting requests for something that isn’t necessarily sitting on our regular menu. Sometimes it’s a small change. Sometimes Johnny gets handed an entirely new idea and heads into the kitchen.
And sometimes the result is something we want to keep. 👀

Thanksgiving lunch for about 100? We can do that. 🦃
This was one of our corporate Thanksgiving orders—about 100 individual meals going out of the kitchen with turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce and rolls.
We talk a lot about holiday parties this time of year, but not every company needs a big catered event. Sometimes you just want to feed your team a really good Thanksgiving lunch and make it easy on everybody.
