The Schlitter-banh Mi is HERE and it's making waves. 🌊🍔 We took the bold, fresh flavors of a classic bánh mì — pickled carrots, red onion, cucumber, jalapeño, cilantro-lime aioli — and built it on a house patty with Swiss cheese on a brioche bun. A nod to our neighbors down the road at Schlitterbahn and a whole lotta delicious. Come hungry. Leave happy. Repeat. 💦🌿

For those using public transport, the closest bus stop is located at the intersection of S Union Avenue and E San Antonio Street. From there, it is a short walk to the restaurant.

For drivers, take I-35 and exit at Exit 186 toward FM-725/New Braunfels/Seguin. Follow the signs for FM-725 N and turn left onto FM-725 N/Walnut Avenue. Continue straight until you reach S Union Avenue and turn left. The restaurant will be on your right.
