They specialize in traditional coal fired brick-oven pizza using fresh ingredients, handmade mozzarella cheese, dough and a secret recipe sauce. Originating in Brooklyn over 100 years ago, their signature pizzas and calzones are baked to perfection in their coal burning oven. Grimaldi's is located on La Cantera Parkway.
