Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Line Cook who is comfortable handling all
areas of kitchen operations. This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, supporting the team
wherever needed to keep service running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Prep ingredients daily, including chopping, portioning, marinating, and organizing
stations
• Cook menu items according to restaurant standards and recipes
• Assemble and plate dishes with accuracy, speed, and attention to presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed
• Assist with general cleaning: sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, taking out
trash
• Restock stations and storage areas to ensure smooth service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support teammates and communicate clearly during busy periods
Qualifications
• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
