Just a friendly reminder, Advanced Notice Orders are still very much welcomed(if available the same day, I'll gladly make it happen, but chances are it'll be knocked out on the following cook). ***Important Update*** the owners of property "lot" Nelson's BBQ has been located on has to decided to break ground and start building and so I'll have to 1st, get my food truck moved very soon and secondly find a new location, which is so much easier said than done especially when working around my 3 little ones school schedule(fyi...next year ill have 1 in elem., 1 in middle and 1 in H.S. to juggle 😵💫). With that being said im going to try and knock out as BIG a cook for this weekend(think Sunday football games)as I possibly can for any and all that might want to place an order for as much, or as little grub before the uncertainty of downtime coming soon. Now that the rains are mostly past us, i can get things moving towards cooking tomorrow. I am excepting/taking any and all orders for Sunday afternoon and evening for any who want to plan ahead. The closer it gets to Sunday obviously my availability based on needed cook times will decrease so if you know you'd like some "Lord's Day Q" dont hesitate to reach out. Now for the important bits of info. 1.Meats: Brisket $21.99/lb, Spare Ribs($13.99/lb) and Turkey Breast($14.99/lb). Weather over the next few days looks miserable. If I get more than a couple personal size requests(due to the last minute heads up)I will be knocking out a cook tomorrow to provide a quick, convenient yet warm down home Friday night dinner.
