To get to Bandera Road in San Antonio for the fast food, chicken and southern restaurants there are various public transport options. You can take the VIA Metropolitan Transit buses which go through Bandera Road. You can take bus numbers 524 or 92 depending on your starting point.
For driving/parking, if you are coming from downtown San Antonio, head northwest on N Main Ave toward Pecan St. Turn left onto E Quincy St then right onto Broadway St. Continue straight onto Hildebrand Ave, then turn left onto W Olmos Dr. Use the right lane to merge onto US-281 S via the ramp to McAllister Fwy/Downtown. Take exit 15B toward TX-16/Bandera Rd/Leon Valley, then merge onto N Loop 1604 W. Turn right onto Bandera Rd and drive to your desired restaurant location.
There are multiple parking spots available but it is recommended to check for parking signage before leaving your car unattended.
