Housed in the 130-year-old building of what was once the original boiler house of the Pearl Brewery Complex, Boiler House’s space is 6,200 square feet of living, breathing San Antonio history. The bulk of the original architecture remains intact, with our kitchen built right into the original brewery’s boilers! ⚪

To get to the restaurant located on Pearl Parkway in San Antonio, you can take the VIA Metropolitan Transit bus and get off at the Pearl Brewery stop. From there, walk towards the east for about 5 minutes.
Alternatively, if you're driving to the area, take Highway 281 and exit onto Grayson Street. Turn right onto Grayson Street and continue driving until you reach Broadway Street. Take a left onto Broadway Street and then take another left onto Pearl Parkway. The restaurant should be on your right-hand side.
If you plan on driving to the restaurant, there is parking available in the Pearl Brewery complex area. There are several garages available for parking with rates varying by time of day and event schedule.
