For those of you who followed along with B-Daddy’s brief venture into the dumpster fire business… we have an exciting update. 😂
✨ SHE’S NEW. SHE’S SHINY. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY… SHE’S NOT ON FIRE. ✨
Our brand-new dumpster has officially arrived, and we’d like to publicly promise that we will do our very best to keep the hot ashes OUT of this one. 👀🔥🗑️

Thanks to everyone who laughed along with us, checked on us, and made our last dumpster more famous than it ever deserved to be.

Well… since half of Helotes already knows, we figured we might as well address the elephant — or should we say 🔥dumpster🔥 — in the room. 😂
Yesterday, an employee who shall remain VERY anonymous 👀 learned an important lesson:
Hot ashes + dumpster = bad idea. 🔥🗑️
Thankfully, the Helotes Fire Department got everything handled, no one was hurt, no property was damaged, and the only thing that really took a hit was somebody’s pride. 😬😂
We appreciate everyone who checked in on us — and everyone in the local Facebook groups who gave our little dumpster more publicity than our marketing budget ever could. 🤣
B-Daddy’s BBQ is OPEN and running like normal! 🙌
The pits are smoking, the brisket is cooking, and from now on we’re going to try our best to keep the fire where it belongs. 🔥🥩

This position requires very early morning hours and does a little bit of everything from trimming brisket, cooking all meats and sides as well as washing dishes, lots of prep work and whatever is needed!
Ideal person will NOT have bbq experience!!
