Available to work a variety of shifts including evening and weekends
Excellent customer service skills
Reliable n trustworthy

Will perform a variety of duties including serving food, cashier, stocking, cleaning and yes even some dishes

Some people see a sandwich.

We see 14+ hours of patience, fire, and faith.

That brisket didn’t just “happen.”
It was trimmed with intention. Seasoned by hand. Watched through the night. Rested the right way. Sliced at the perfect moment.

That grilled cheese? That’s the kind of thing we test over and over until it’s right — because if it’s got our name on it, it has to be worth your hard-earned money.

We’re not a massive nationwide brand.
We’re a local smoke house. A local food truck. It’s long nights. It’s early mornings. It’s smoke on our clothes and grease on our hands.

But it’s also family.
It’s community.
It’s seeing y’all come back week after week.

Every slice we hand out represents more than money. It represents risk, growth, sacrifice, and a whole lot of gratitude.
