A STATEMENT FROM COOL CREST
Cool Crest takes these allegations seriously.
The individual recently apprehended on our property was an independent performer and was not an employee of Cool Crest.
This individual will no longer perform at our venue.
We unequivocally condemn the alleged conduct, which is contrary to our values and the safe, family-friendly environment we strive to provide.
The safety and well-being of our guests, families, and team members remain a priority.
We understand the concerns these allegations may raise within our community.
Questions regarding the investigation should be directed to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
We will continue to take these matters seriously and appreciate our community’s understanding.
