The daily tasks I somehow signed up for when I decided to own a restaurant 😂
Some days I’m working on the food, some days I’m helping with catering, some days I’m making content, and other days I’m doing a little bit of everything. I’ve honestly lost count of how many jobs come with owning 7 Monks, but as crazy as it gets, I still find it so fun and rewarding. 🧡
September is already keeping us BUSY in the best way. We’re trying new things, working on ideas I’ve been wanting to bring to life, and continuing to build 7 Monks one day at a time.
And yes… there is definitely more happening behind the scenes than what makes it into the reels. 😂 Can’t wait to share more soon!

I opened a small business, and somehow my mom ended up with a full-time job she never applied for & definitely cannot quit 😂🧡
One minute Momma Neeta is “just stopping by,” and the next she is carrying trays, fixing something in the kitchen, and telling me how I should be doing everything. Honestly, I would not have it any other way. 7 Monks would not be 7 Monks without her.

We are so blessed to have an incredible crew at 7 Monks who shows up every day, makes the very best meals, preps our sauces and bases from scratch, and keeps everything running behind the scenes.

P.S. ChatGPT, Canva, and of course Momma Neeta definitely help us a lot on the back end too. But our real 7 Monks team deserves all the love for everything they do every single day. 🧡

People are begging us to keep it on the menu... and honestly, I don't blame them.
My mom's Pumpkin Curry with Chicken was supposed to be a fall special. A limited thing. A "get it while you can" kind of dish. And it is fall in an entire bowl. Warm, slightly sweet, deeply spiced, the kind of thing you want on a cold evening when you need something that actually feels like a hug.
But here's the thing. People keep asking about it. At the counter, in the DMs, in the comments. And now even my mom is hearing it.
So we're putting it to a vote. Should we keep the Pumpkin Curry on the menu year-round, or do you want it to stay a seasonal special so it always feels like something worth waiting for?
