We'll be heading North for a few months or until it gets too cold to operate. How many of you remember us as Baja Mexicali, and how many would like to see us in the area? We'll bring our new menu with Texas Barbecue & Mexican food. Let us know what you think and what your favorite is so I can adjust our menu. Any good ideas of where to park my rig for selling would be appreciated. Thank you.

I just want to say thank you to our customers of San Antonio, surrounding areas & Alamo Ranch Food Truck Park We are so happy to serve you as you welcome us into the area. Last night was a really nice success. The brisket went fast & furious. We try to serve fast, I have to say it reminds me of our times in our restaurants where we had lines out our door. Selling out of Brisket is something I'm trying to avoid so I guess I have to make a few more than I thought. Thank you again for your kindness, patience, and compliments at the window. I hope to see y'all tonight!
