Congratulations to one of our greatest shining stars!
🎉 This Tuesday, we would like to honor Matthew E. as our featured Team Member Tuesday spotlight! Matthew joined Zachry about two years ago through the Summer Earn and Learn program (S.E.A.L) and has been a valued member of the team ever since. He currently works as a Laundry Attendant and brings positivity and enthusiasm to the department every day.
What Matthew loves most about his job is connecting and talking with his fellow coworkers. One of his favorite memories at work has been meeting all the new hires who join the laundry department, as well as participating in the quarterly celebrations with the team.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys shopping at Target and GameStop.
When asked what advice he would give to someone starting in his role, he shared: “Be humble, respectful, and be yourself!”
If his coworkers could describe him in three words, they would say he is a leader, helpful, and a kid at heart. Thank you, Matthew, for all you do and for bringing such great energy to the team!

This week, we’re excited to spotlight one of our amazing team members, Christine V! Christine joined Zachry three and a half years ago but started as a Sales Coordinator and has since grown into her current role as Group Sales Manager. What she loves most about her job is the opportunity to interact with people, both her fellow team members, and valued clients. One of her favorite memories with the company is winning first place in the Lip Sync Battle with a performance of “Love Shack,” a moment that perfectly captures her fun spirit. Outside of work, Christine enjoys relaxing at the beach, spending quality time with her family, and playing with her grandson. Her advice to anyone just starting out? Stay positive, stay focused, and never give up. If her coworkers had to describe her in three words, they’d say dependable, kind, and funny and we couldn’t agree more!
