Canter for literally all your years and even decades of service studying culture and cuisine, history and flavors profiles, and your endless zest for life and the next outside the box dish! That all came through in spades during this one of a kind dinner that I don’t think anyone could ever replicate. Big hugs and respect for your passion and professionalism! Love ya amigo! Chef James T. Canter of Guerrilla Gourmet has been deep in R&D, and now we can finally reveal what he’s been cooking up for our upcoming St. Paul Square Dinner Club Event at Cherrity Bar next Thursday, Oct. 1st: A Koreano-Tejano Dinner!
And y’all… THIS. MENU. 🔥
We’re talking an assortment of traditional and nontraditional banchan, Kimchi Aguachile, Yukgaejang-Spiced Beef Enchiladas, Korean-Style Pumpkin Duck and a Tres Leches Sheet Cake finale with black sesame, mesquite honey and toasted songpyeon & tteok.
