competition.

This Saturday from 11-6 we will be having 2 pulled
pork sandwiches (provided by Son Of A Curtis BBQ), chips and a drink for $10 we

Looking for some feed back. What is everyone wanting? Brisket? Pulled Pork? Pork Ribs? Turkey Breast? Beer Brats? Let's hear from you! Sale will be Tuesday July 20th. I will announce next week what the plates will have on them based off your feedback. So, let's hear what you have a taste for!

Thinking up some new ideas for some up and coming plates. So I threw a brisket point in the smoker and made some burnt ends out of it. Threw them in a hogie roll with some cheese. Not bad!!! I think I will use a different cheese next time.
