Did you know Frontier Burger has been part of San Antonio’s story for decades? 🍔

It all started in 1947 when G. “Jim” Hasslocher opened a bicycle rental stand near Brackenridge Park. Before long, he began serving charcoal-broiled hamburgers, and the first Frontier Drive-In was born!

What started as a small stand grew into a San Antonio favorite, known for charcoal-grilled burgers, crispy onion rings, milkshakes, and good old-fashioned drive-in food.
