If you’ve been following us for a while, you know certain times of the year are TEAM NO SLEEP months… well, let me tell y’all, last week officially kicked off the season! 😂🔥🙌

October 13–18 was packed with catering for Chase, Methodist, a photo shoot crew for a documentary being produced by a New York producer, the fire department, Feast at Cornerstone, and Fabian’s delivery!

From brisket, pulled pork, and Cajun turkey to comforting sides, sweet treats, and 80 individual charcuterie and veggie boxes, there was plenty happening in our kitchen. Add three days of feeding the bands at Cornerstone, and you already know we stayed busy! 🎶🍽️

To our team—THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH! ❤️ Y’all put in the work and the hours to make sure each event was perfect. The early mornings, late nights, and care you put into every order mean more than we can say. We couldn’t do this without you! 🙌

And to our Pit Master Ron P—I don’t know how you did it! 🔥 Every piece of meat was made with the same love and care, delivering that same amazing flavor in every bite. Through the long hours and all those orders, you put your heart into it, and we could taste it. Thank you for everything you do! ❤️🙌

What an honor it was to cater the 40th Anniversary celebration for Twang in San Antonio, Texas.

Forty years in business is a major milestone, and we were proud to be part of a celebration recognizing the people, hard work, and legacy behind such an incredible San Antonio company.
