Pesto Ristorante was a casual and energetic Italian restaurant located on Judson Road. The restaurant was known for its affordable prices and delicious dishes, all crafted by Executive Chef Alejandro Santoyo. With 18 years of experience at Paesanos, Chef Alex followed his passion and opened Pesto Ristorante with the help of his wife, Mrs. Norah Santoyo. The restaurant's name came from Chef Alex's love for Europe and Italian cuisine as he perfected the recipes of pestos with different spices, herbs, and nuts to give flavor to the pasta. One of his signature dishes was Shrimp Alejandra, which was a must-try at the restaurant. All bread and desserts were made from scratch in-house to ensure high-quality food consistently. However, this restaurant has been permanently closed.
