Ribeyes on a Mexican Horno… Don’t Blink 🔥
I finally put ribeyes on this Mexican Horno and it’s a whole different kind of steak magic. The clay holds heat like a vault—so you get that hard sear, a smoky-kissed crust, and a juicy center that tastes like it came straight out of a rancho backyard dream.
Here’s the part that’ll hurt if you miss it: when this horno is hot, it doesn’t wait on anybody. We’re doing a few steaks, fast, and they go first-come, first-served. If you’ve never tasted ribeye cooked with that clay-heat + live fire combo… this is the one people talk about later like, “Man, I should’ve pulled up.”
If you see the smoke… pull in. 🔥🥩

It’s always cool when you sell some of your brisket before it comes off the smoker to people who smell it in the neighborhood.

Last update: We will be open next week. Thursday - Sunday. I spent the day leveling the trailer. I forgot how much work it takes to open a food trailer. especially in this blazin' sun smokin' in 100 degrees. We look forward to seeing y'all soon. Until then stay cool.

Gloria's Daily Bread. - Ready - Set - Dough - Garlic & Rosemary, Jalapeno & cheddar, and Jive Turkey!

Gloria's been making Sourdough Bread for a bit now. This is a Sandwich that I just put together using her Toasted Jalapeno & Cheddar Cheese Sourdough. I added Smoked Lox, Aged Sheep Cheese, Sliced Avocado, Sun-dried Tomatoes, and Capers. OMG, It's probably one of the healthiest, tastiest sandwiches I've ever had. All the flavors were so intense. The cut of the cheese, saltiness of the capers, and tangy Sun-dried tomatoes, not to mention the Toasted Jalapeno & Cheddar Cheese, make this a winner!

Dear Valued Customers,
We hope this letter finds you well and missing us as much as we miss you! As some of you may have noticed, our doors are temporarily closed. We wanted to take a moment to explain why.
We take great pride in the success of our restaurant, and the decision to close was not easy. However, as much as we want to be in the kitchen cooking up a storm, our bodies simply cannot keep up. Prior injuries have caught up with Tony and me, and we realized that we needed to take a step back to focus on our health.
Please know that this is only temporary. We love serving our community and bringing joy through delicious food. We are exploring ways to potentially come back on a limited schedule, so stay tuned!
We are at a point where many retire, but it is hard to step away from doing what we love. Your loyalty and compliments have meant the world to us, and we hope to see you all again soon. We will keep you updated on our progress and hope to chat with you all again over a delicious meal.
Thank you for your understanding and support during this time.
Sincerely,
Gloria & Marisa

What people say
If you're a fan of barbecue restaurants, then Brisketeria is definitely worth checking out. Located at the Alamo Food Ranch Truck Park in San Antonio, this restaurant offers some of the best Texas-style barbecue around.
One thing that sets Brisketeria apart from other barbecue joints is their use of prime brisket in many of their dishes. From QuesaBirria to Brisket Ramen and even QuesaBirria Grilled Cheese, you can taste the quality in every bite. And if you're looking for something a little different, they also offer Quesadilla Nachos and Barbacoa by the Pound & Tacos.
But don't just take our word for it - Brisketeria has a loyal following on social media, with customers raving about their delicious food and friendly service. And while they do occasionally sell out (which is a testament to how popular they are), they always come back strong.
So if you're in the mood for some mouth-watering barbecue, head over to Brisketeria at Alamo Food Ranch Truck Park. You won't be disappointed!
