1. Chilled canary melon + Champagne soup with Gulf shrimp
2. Fried green tomatoes with spicy mayo + chermoula
3. Handmade corn tortellini with fancy mushrooms
4. Gulf bycatch snapper with bright tomatillo mole verde
For $56/guest (not including tax and gratuity), a portion of every tasting menu sold supports Summer Meals for Kids program, helping provide meals to children in our community during the summer months.

Ladies + gents, time to pull out your high tea-finest and celebrate the mom(s) in your life 🫖✨ Our annual Mother’s Day Weekend Tea returns Saturday, May 9.
We’re setting the table with glasses of bubbly and gougères, followed by a tiered spread of savory tea sandwiches, including Japanese sando-style egg salad, roasted jalapeño pimento cheese, prosciutto + chèvre on focaccia, and more, along with pastries like passionfruit meringue tart, brownie cake with dark chocolate mousse, and warm scones with lemon curd, jam and Devonshire cream. All is served with Harney & Sons teas.

On Monday, April 27, Chefs John and Elise are hosting a laid-back night to connect, unwind and share a meal with fellow industry folks.
No agenda. No ticket needed. Just an open invitation to come as you are, meet a few new people and enjoy good food from our team: a huge ‘n hearty pot of red beans and rice, cornbread and classic Texas sheet cake.
Free to attend, with donations encouraged for the San Antonio Food Bank to support summer meals for kids so they have reliable nutrition when school is out.
